Services & Pricing

Newport Carwash provides hand car washing, detailing, interior cleaning, waxing, paint protection, ceramic coating, and related vehicle-care services.

Prices shown on this website are subject to change without notice. Certain services may be listed as “starting at” pricing and may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, paint condition, level of contamination, additional preparation required, or requested services.

Any additional charges will be communicated before additional work is performed whenever reasonably possible.

Appointments

Appointments are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and vehicle information when booking.

Appointment times are estimates. Service duration may vary depending on the vehicle, requested services, weather, staffing, and vehicle condition.

Walk-in service may also be available but is subject to current availability.

 

Payment

Unless otherwise stated, payment is due at the completion of service.

Newport Carwash reserves the right to require deposits or prepayment for certain high-value services, specialty services, ceramic coatings, packages, or custom work.

 

Vehicle Condition

Customers are responsible for informing Newport Carwash of any existing damage, loose trim, aftermarket accessories, paint defects, mechanical issues, custom modifications, fragile components, or other conditions that could affect the service.

 

Newport Carwash is not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects that become more visible during or after cleaning or detailing.

This may include, but is not limited to:

• Scratches, chips, dents, or cracked paint

• Loose or damaged trim

• Oxidized or failing paint

• Peeling clear coat

• Damaged wheels

• Loose emblems or badges

• Aftermarket accessories

• Window tint damage

• Interior wear or staining

• Previously repaired or repainted surfaces

 

Personal Belongings

Customers should remove all valuables and personal belongings from the vehicle before service.

 

Newport Carwash is not responsible for lost, misplaced, damaged, or discarded personal items left inside the vehicle.

 

Service Results

We strive to provide exceptional results; however, some stains, scratches, odors, paint defects, water spots, oxidation, contaminants, or other imperfections may not be fully removable.

 

The final result of any detailing, paint correction, stain removal, ceramic coating, or restoration service depends on the age, condition, materials, and previous treatment of the vehicle.

 

No specific cosmetic result is guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

 

Ceramic Coatings & Paint Protection

Ceramic coating pricing may vary depending on vehicle size, paint condition, correction required, and preparation time.

 

Durability estimates are based on proper maintenance and normal use. Environmental conditions, washing methods, vehicle storage, mileage, and maintenance practices may affect product longevity.

 

Ceramic coatings do not make a vehicle scratch-proof, chip-proof, stain-proof, or maintenance-free.

 

Luxury, Exotic & Modified Vehicles

Newport Carwash regularly services luxury, exotic, classic, custom, ceramic-coated, extra-low, and modified vehicles.

Customers are responsible for advising staff of any special vehicle requirements, aftermarket equipment, custom finishes, unusually low ground clearance, or other considerations before service begins.

 

Weather & Service Availability

Certain services may be delayed, modified, rescheduled, or temporarily unavailable due to weather, equipment issues, staffing, safety concerns, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

 

Packages & Promotions

Wash packages, promotional offers, discounts, memberships, and special pricing may be subject to separate restrictions, expiration dates, transfer limitations, or vehicle-specific conditions.

 

Packages have no cash value unless required by law.

 

Promotions may not be combined unless specifically stated.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask customers to provide reasonable notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

 

Newport Carwash reserves the right to establish cancellation, no-show, or deposit policies for specialty services or longer appointments.

 

Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep website content accurate and current.

However, we do not guarantee that all pricing, service descriptions, availability, photographs, or other information will always be error-free or current.

 

We may update or modify website content at any time without notice.
